What should you do?
Getting proper sleep of about seven to eight hours every day can help you reduce acne.
Make sure not to consume food or drinks that can prevent you from sleeping.
Keep your electronic devices away before going to bed. The light from electronic devices affects melatonin secretion in the body.
Go to bed early between 10 to 11 pm.
Drink a lot of water throughout the day.
Clean your face before bed and apply a light moisturizer to keep it hydrated
